not be liable for non-performance or delay of the
tour due to harthal, bandh, natural calamities, or
rites or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond
the control of the company. The tour may be re-scheduled
or cancelled on account of harthal, bandh or any other
circumstances, which may affect the safety. |

| Reservation
or Cancellation Rules: |

1-5 days Prior to
proposed stay, 15% of the advance will be realized.
1-10 days Prior to
proposed stay, 10% of the advance will be realized.
11 days and above
Prior to proposed stay, 5% advance will be realized.
Intimation of cancellation within 48 hours will
not be considered as cancellation and the advance
in full will be forfeited as retention charges.
Upward
or Downward revision of tariffs may be resorted
to by Hotels / Resorts depending on the season.
Keralamunaar.com will not be responsible for any
upward revision of tariffs by concerned hotels /
resorts at any time.
Please note:
The tariff quoted is without the tax component,
which is 15% of the basic tariff.
Reservation is taken with 50% of the total tariff
subject to a minimum of one day's rent in advance
payable as explained below.
